1. Acceptance
By using EV Navigator, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Information service only
EV Navigator provides charger-location and related information for convenience. It does not operate charging stations and does not guarantee charger availability, status, compatibility, access, safety, pricing or accuracy.
3. Your responsibility
You must independently verify charger suitability, operating conditions, vehicle range, road conditions, access restrictions and all travel decisions. Do not interact with the app while driving unless permitted by law and safe to do so.
4. Third-party services
Maps, navigation, charging data and external links may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or charging operators.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, circumvent security, copy for commercial exploitation or use EV Navigator unlawfully. Rights provided by law that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
EV Navigator software, branding, website content, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Elegant Logistics Infrastructure Pty Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of, or reliance on, EV Navigator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
